One coat will block moisture up to 12 lbs/1000 sq. ft. / 24 hour up to 90% RH
Two coats will block moisture up to 18 lbs/1000 sq. ft. / 24 hour up to 90% RH

Curing Time: 40 - 50 Minutes
Application: Microfibre roller # 60 - 80 or #120
